1 /14oz Bacardi Gold rum
1 1/2 oz. Nassau Royale Liqueur
2 ozs, Orange juice
2 oza. Pineapple juice
dash of Angoustura Bitters (optional)
1/6 oz Grenadine
garnish with cherry and orange slice

1 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 ox Grenadine
1 oz Nassau Royale Liqueur
1 oz Bacardi Gold Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Garnish with cherry and a orange slice

Goombay Smash

1 1/4 oz Bacardi Gold Rum
1/2 oz Coconut Liqueur
> 3 ozs pineapple Juice
2 dashers of lemon juice
1 dash of simple syrup
garnish with cherry and orange slice

Planters Punch

1 1/4 Bacardi gold rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
dash of Angostura Bitters
1/6 oz Gredadine
garnish with cherry and orange slice

Yellow Bird

1 1/4 ox Bacardi light rum
1/2 oz Banana Liqueuer
1/2 oz Galliano Liqueur
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lemon juice
garnish with cherry and orange slice

Pina Colada

1 oz Coconut Rum
1 1/4 oz Bacardi Gold Rum
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Cream of coconut ( Goya)
1 oz cream
Place in blender with two cups of
crushed ice and blend at high speed.
Garnish with fresh pineapple
